Churches of Christ is seeking an Administration Officer for our Moonah Park Aged Care Service. In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated and high-performing team to ensure the smooth delivery of care and services in a residential aged care setting. What You’ll Be Doing Support day-to-day admin operations: reception, schedules, compliance and reporting Coordinate staff rosters and ensure accurate records and system updates Assist with resident admissions, transfers and discharge documentation Greet and support residents and their families—many living with dementia Organise meetings and training, manage office supplies, and assist with financial tasks Respond to general enquiries and liaise with suppliers and healthcare professionals What You Bring Certificate III in Business or similar (or equivalent admin experience) 2 years in administration or business support, ideally in aged care Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal systems A warm, professional and respectful approach to residents and families A desire to learn, grow and work collaboratively with a close-knit team Compliance Requirements: Possess a National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening – or the ability to obtain.
