We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our on-site team in Cairns.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the day-to-day administration and accounts functions of the business. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure office operations run smoothly and that customers receive a professional and responsive experience.
Importantly, this role requires the confidence and capability to take ownership of administrative and accounts functions during periods of annual leave and holiday cover, ensuring continuity of operations in the office.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in administration, with exposure to accounts or finance processes highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and phone manner, with a professional and customer-focused approach
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation, records, and systems accurately
* Well-developed organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently when required
* Confidence using office software; familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage
* A proactive, reliable team player who is comfortable supporting multiple areas of the business, including customer and sales support
