An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Euston has arisen CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Electrical Engineer to be based on a commercial estate contract located near Euston. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the on-site maintenance team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in electrical or mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and potential career progression opportunities.

Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
* Overtime available
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting (small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, etc.)
* Emergency lighting tests
* Control panels maintenance
* Changing ballasts
* BMS system monitoring (e.g., hot & cold)
* Maintaining and updating log books
* Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets
* Pumps and motors maintenance
Requirements
* Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
* Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
* Client-facing experience
