This role sits across logistics and administration. It's not boxed in.
You'll coordinate freight, manage shipment detail, track orders, update systems, support accounts, assist customers, and step in wherever the team needs you.
It's built for someone who likes variety.
Someone who gets satisfaction from things being accurate, organised and on time.
What you'll be across:
* Coordinating supplier shipments and booking freight
* Liaising with brokers, customs and external partners
* Managing shipping documentation, duties and tariff codes
* Updating Pronto and maintaining clean, accurate data
* Supporting accounts receivable, payable and reconciliations
* Assisting customers with account and order enquiries
* Providing general admin support across the business
Some days will lean logistics.
Some days will lean admin.
Most days will be a mix of both.
You understand that detail protects margin.
That communication prevents problems.
That organisation keeps the whole business moving.
