They currently require a Centre Manager to manage a newly built, bustling neighbourhood shopping centre down the NSW coast, in the Wollongong/Shellharbour area.Responsibilities Budgeting for the centre, under the guidance of an Asset ManagerBuilding strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholdersInitiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailersIdentifying casual/pop-up leasing opportunitiesFinancial Management including forecasting and ensuring financial targets are metIdentifying opportunities for cost savingsDay to day repairs/maintenance of the propertyManaging ContractorsQualifications The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Shopping Centre Management team, with strong financial acumen and management skills.
Confident negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills are also necessary.
Most importantly, you must have exceptional communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with retailers and external stakeholders.Ideal opportunity for either a Retail or Facilities Manager, from a shopping centre management team, to step up and take ownership in managing their own centre
