The Opportunity
They are seeking a highly capable Change Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating the change capability of the business. This newly created role will work within the People & Culture function to shape and embed change that enhances the employee experience and aligns with enterprise priorities.
As the Change Manager, you will design, plan and deliver organisational change initiatives that support strategic objectives while ensuring people feel informed, engaged and supported throughout. You will apply strong change expertise, structured project management and hands-on delivery to enable confident adoption and change capability uplift. A key focus will be leader enablement, providing them with the capability, tools and insights they need to support their teams effectively and embed change in a smooth and sustainable way.
Activities Will Include
Develop and deliver structured change plans and leader-focused engagement strategies
Assess impacts, readiness and adoption risks
Create clear, user-friendly change materials and communication tools
Track progress, identify emerging risks and provide insights to stakeholders
Partner closely with P&C, Business Partners and Centres of Expertise to ensure a consistent and positive change experience
What You Will Bring
Your change experience should centre around people change rather than systems or process. You may offer a broader HR skill set but must have proven change expertise to lead the above work and instil change capability within the organisation.
