Pay (per annum): $62,542 - $67,693 (Pro-Rata + Superannuation + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging)

About the Role
The Client Services & Communication Officer is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, providing a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception service. This role manages incoming calls, processes client referrals and documentation and supports the smooth delivery of client services. In addition, the position is responsible for producing engaging communications, including managing social media channels, designing promotional materials, and assisting with marketing initiatives to enhance FocusOne Health's brand and community presence.
Tasks include (but not limited to):
• Greet clients and visitors and manage our busy front reception
• Answer calls, process mental health and general health referrals, and handle client documentation
• Provide accurate data entry and maintain records within established procedures
• Assist with special projects and organisational initiatives
• Create engaging social media content and promotional materials
• Support communication campaigns to strengthen FocusOne Health's community presence

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health's Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
