*Responsibilities*
* Create and implement local marketing strategies tailored to the local area including campaigns across various channels.
* Partnerwith the Marketing team and key stakeholders to create and continually evolve new store openings, renovations and repositions of existing venues.
* Partner with external partners and key stakeholders to develop and maintain annual Marketing plans for flagship locations.
* Organise and manage marketing campaigns and events working with local teams and external partners.
* Partner with key stakeholders including shopping centres and support local teams on local initiatives and promotions to drive local sales.
* Deliver events including store openings, venue events and family days to engage the local community.
* Oversee budgets for local marketing activities, ensuring efficient spending and maximising return on investment.
* Create content for local audiences and adapting for relevant channels
* Monitor and reporting on performance by tracking key metrics, analysing campaign performance and providing regular reports.
Skills
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Marketing role with a Local Area focus
* Experience in a shopping centre environment or a national retail brand is advantageous
* Demonstrated experience with new store openings and opening events.
* Proven experience in managing multiple projects
* Strong experience in stakeholder management including shopping centres, internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent copy-writing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Good understanding of data analysis and identifying trends and insights.
