The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of maintenance services to community housing, ensure quality work allocation, and manage a high-performing team of supervisors, trades and support staff.The Maintenance Supervisor is primarily responsible for the effective and efficient execution of all maintenance work through supervision of Programmed Employees and Sub-Contractors, on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day service delivery including work order allocation and reportingDefine work order scope and specificationsLead, support, and develop a multi-trade maintenance teamEnsure compliance with service levels, KPIs and HSEQ standardsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong service levelsManage customer service interactions and resolve escalated issuesMonitor subcontractor compliance and performanceDeliver accurate and timely reports as required by management and clientsAbout YouTo join our supportive and inclusive team, you will be experienced in the supervision of multiple trades within a domestic or commercial maintenance environment.
