genU are looking for a superstar** Administration Officer **to join our longstanding, purpose-driven, and values-based organisation to make a real different in people's lives!
The role of the **Administration Officer** **is to provide high level administrative and project support to the Participate management and team.
**Duties may include, but not be limited to;**
- Organise travel for Branch / Operations Managers as requested.
- Data entry and report running.
- Ensure sites have access to up to date WHS documentation and participate in audits at sites when required.
- Promptly prepare, distribute and forward internal and external communications to the team.
- Financial coordination such as completing ordering and purchasing requisites, equipment & coding of accounts.
**_This is a Full time, ongoing opportunity based at the Colac genu Office. Hourly rate according to our VDS level 2 - from $31.22._**:
**About You?**:
Our ideal **Administration Officer** will be able to demonstrate:
- A friendly, empathetic nature and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders;
- Previous experience using databases/portals such as Carelink, My Aged Care and DVA;
- Proficient user of technology, particularly; Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Ability to work independently in a complex and challenging multi-discipline environment.
**You will also meet the following essential requirements**:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or substantial previous experience in an admin role;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain;
- Current Victorian Drivers License;
