The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality content to members, overseeing the execution of education, member engagement, digital acquisition, investment communications, and brand communications initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing a comprehensive Education program to deliver high-quality content for members.
* Overseeing the strategy and delivery of the Annual Digital Creative Roadmap, podcast, and owned channels execution.
* Supporting senior management in the annual planning process.
* Leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to ensure the annual communications plan is delivered.
* Cultivating and encouraging professional development and training for the team.
* Driving an excellence-oriented culture within the team and with suppliers and partners.
Requirements for the role include:
* More than 10 years' experience in marketing or communications.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and/or Business Management.
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to organize and prioritize workload to deliver programs on-time.
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status is required.
