Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are a professional Human Resources consulting firm that provides innovative solutions and services to our clients. Our company is growing rapidly across Melbourne, with a strong presence in the Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing industries.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and recruit potential candidates. Your role will involve evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

Our ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering, along with proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics. You will also need excellent understanding of recruitment processes, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods
* Evaluate resumes and applications
* Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
* Complete paperwork for new hires
* Capable of business development and client relationship management
* Input into companies services and future directions

Requirements:

* Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
* Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)
* Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and also part of a team
* Strong decision-making skills
* Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
* Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing
* Ability to work cross functionally with HR Consulting professionals
* Continuous improvement approach to work processes
