We are looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to be part of our journey, helping shape our projects from concept to construction.

About the role: The successful candidate will use their knowledge and experience to add value to our design and construction building process.
Contributing to the sales, pre-construction, and construction teams, you will be tasked with conceptual drafting, 3D modelling, and detailed architectural drawings to support all stages of project delivery.
The main responsibilities would include: Develop 3D architectural concepts for client presentations and development approvals Detail design and construction drawings for building license and construction Consult with structural engineers and project consultants to achieve design efficiency Attend client meetings and/or site meetings Maintain the drawing register and handle general document control duties Assist the project manager with council or other building-related applications as required Provide additional project support to assist with project administration About You Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring the following to the role:
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture/Architectural Drafting or a related field Proficiency in Revit is essential Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) & Australian Standards Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Procore experience is an advantage but not essential Experience with Enscape 3D rendering is an advantage but not essential Come join us!
