Recruitment Consultant- PropertySpecialising in Commercial, Retail and Industrial
Our client is a highly respected and award-winning commercial property agency in Adelaide, known for delivering outstanding results and nurturing long-term client relationships. They are now seeking a driven and professional Sales & Leasing Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you'll be responsible for:
* Prospecting and securing new commercial sales and leasing opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
* Conducting property inspections and negotiations
* Preparing marketing campaigns and lease/sale documentation
* Meeting and exceeding performance targets
* Providing market advice and insights to clients
The Ideal Candidate You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Proven experience in commercial or residential sales/leasing
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive attitude with a hunger for success
* A reliable car and valid driver's licence
* Strong local market knowledge (advantageous)
