19AB Unrestricted Exemptions in MIAMI and the metropolitan Gold Coast are incredibly rare. For an incoming GP who requires an exemption to work in a metro area, the owner is happy to offer Locum practice initially to confirm the Doctor enjoys daily practice before using the permanent exemption. Alternatively, the clinic is happy to apply for the permanent exemption immediately.
An incoming FRACGP will be fortunate to hit the ground running and pick-up consistent patient traffic from the very beginning!! A first day at this clinic will bring in minimum 1.8k and an ongoing commitment will offer $400 PLUS per hour, depending on the GP's style of practice, skill and availability. There is very little competition for patients here, with GP colleagues who are already set-up and long established.
Unlike the tourist-heavy Surfers Paradise, Miami Beach is wider, quieter, and favored by locals for morning surfs and sunset walks. It's home to Miami Marketta (creativity, good food, live music), Pizzey Park (premium sport recreational precinct), excellent Gyms, Bond University and Private Schools within 10 minutes. Requirements:
