About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take the reins of a well-maintained, mixed-use portfolio. This is a Monday to Friday role offering structure, support, and a cooperative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a portfolio of approx. 70-80 mixed-use properties
- Oversee rent collection, outgoings, and arrears management
- Negotiate lease renewals and prepare associated documentation
- Conduct property inspections and prepare condition reports
- Prepare annual outgoing budgets and reconciliations
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Commercial Property Management, Assistants encouraged to also apply
- Certificate of Registration
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Well-presented, professional, and confident communicator
