Your Next Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a full time Relief Cook/Community Manager to join our team across our Victoria Gardens sites. This role involves travel to various sites as required: Mostly Grovedale & Geelong. Warrnambool, Ballarat, Melton, and Carrum Downs also required as needed.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our communities during periods of annual leave, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it
This is a unique dual role which allows you the opportunity to get hands on with the cooking as well as leading the community for fill-in periods.

Lead daily operations and foster a welcoming community culture
Prepare and serve meals that meet dietary and safety standards
Support resident wellbeing through great food and great service
Manage contractors, compliance, and site presentation
Travel across VIC sites with allowances provided
You're Likely a Match If You
Have a passion for cooking and community care
Have some leadership experience in hospitality or residential services
Have strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Have flexibility to travel across multiple locations
Have Food Safety Supervisor & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
