Both businesses are entering an exciting growth phase, expanding into new markets and major infrastructure projects including Queensland's Olympic developments, the new Tasmanian stadium, and other government-led builds nationwide.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a motivated sales team while managing key client relationships and major project opportunities.
This is a genuine step-up role for a capable salesperson ready to move into leadership within a fast-growing, technically driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth and lead generation across Ultralift and Westberg
* Manage major clients and project opportunities alongside the GM
* Coach, support, and develop a sales team (currently four direct reports)
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and data integrity in Pipedrive
* Support expansion into government and large development sectors
* Collaborate with leadership on pricing, quoting, and proposal strategies
About You
* Experienced in B2B sales of technical or product-based offerings
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret building and design requirements
* Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with customers
* Disciplined, motivated, and results-oriented
* Exposure to manufacturing, construction supply, or architecture-related industries advantageous
