Teaching Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative educator to join our team at a high school. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, students from various socio-economic backgrounds, and students on a Life Skills pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
* To teach English (7-12) and History (7-10), with the ability to teach English Extension 1 and 2.
* To develop and deliver innovative programming and lesson delivery that establishes high expectations and fosters a culture of success and engagement.
* To build positive relationships with students, staff, and the school community through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
* Approval to teach English (7-12) and History (7-10).
* Demonstrated success in teaching and developing curriculum programs for diverse student groups.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.
