Key Responsibilities:
* Provide High-Quality Nursing Care: Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care in a general practice setting, ensuring patients feel valued and supported.
* Clinical Support: Assist GPs with tasks such as immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, and health assessments.
* Care Coordination: Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans to support patient health needs.

About You:
* Registered Nurse: You hold a current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
