Your new companyOur client is a public sector organisation located in Perth. They are looking for an experienced System Test Analyst to join their team on a 9-month contract basis.Your new roleAs a System Test Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, planning, prioritising, and reporting on the delivery of testing services and objectives. You will design and build optimal approaches to meet testing requirements, ensuring the successful execution of test plans and test cases that support the strategic objectives of the ERP program. Additionally, you will assist, guide, and monitor the delivery of key business requirements, aligning with the strategic objectives, aspirations, and commitment to operational excellence.What you'll need to succeedA relevant tertiary software testing certification (ISTQB foundation) is preferred;Relevant experience with coordinating testing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects.Understanding of PRINCE2 project management frameworks or equivalent frameworks aligned to industry standards.Demonstrated experience with coordinating testing in complex and highly integrated projects with competing priorities, set time frames and limited resources.Ability to train and guide less experienced project and other resources to ensure they are competent in the testing role, use of tools, processes, and templates.Ability to learn industry standard automated tools such as selenium.Experience in coordinating business users of varying skills for testing purposes.Demonstrated experience in elicitation and gathering of information for the coordinating, planning and execution of testing for large corporate wide system implementations.Demonstrated experience utilising testing frameworks, methodologies, processes, and procedures.Extensive knowledge and skill in the Microsoft 365 applications suite with advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proven ability to collaborate and work with others, or independently with minimal guidance or direction.What you'll get in returnYou will get a competitive hourly rate.
