We pride ourselves on strong working relationships, efficient delivery, and a hands-on approach across both factory and site operations. With a solid pipeline of work, we are looking to bring on a motivated Project Coordinator to support project delivery and grow within the business.
The Role
This is an opportunity for a graduate or early-career construction professional to step into a dynamic role supporting the end-to-end delivery of steel projects alongside an amazing team of driven and dedicated individuals.
You will work closely with directors, factory teams, and site crews to coordinate information, manage documentation, and keep projects moving efficiently from planning through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project information across office, factory, and site teams
• Provide live updates to the directors when they require immediate updates o project status and hold points
• Manage drawings, revisions, and document control systems with Aconex and Email correspondence
• Issue and track RFIs, transmittals, and project correspondence
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
• Support, manage and coordinate material deliveries to sites
• Liaise with clients, builders, engineers and architects
• Assist with site support, including maintaining recorded a daily live project status
• Assisting in maintain project registers, delivery dockets, and records
• Be involved with projects from start to finish, involving weekly team coordination meetings
• Assist and conduct Inspection Test Plan Certificates (ITP's), carry out Q&A procedures for project handovers
• Review and research project scope of works and tech data once project s have been awarded
Prerequisites & Abilities
• 1–3 years experience in construction (or a relevant degree)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive and willing to speak up and contribute feedback to enhance systems and processes to the benefit of the company and the team
• Must have Australian work rights
Preferred Experience (Not Essential)
• Experience in steel fabrication or structural steel projects
• Exposure to commercial or Tier 1 construction environments
• Familiarity with document control systems
