Join Churches of Christ as an Administration Officer in our Children, Youth & Families (CYF) team in Bundaberg. What You’ll Do As an Administration Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our CYF team—providing essential administrative support that helps our frontline staff deliver life-changing services. You’ll manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Key responsibilities include: Organising correspondence, reports, and financial records Managing rosters, travel bookings, and client billing Maintaining secure and accurate records and files Supporting staff scheduling and timesheet validation Responding to client enquiries with professionalism and care Promoting culturally inclusive practices and supporting the Sanctuary Model of Care What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team player who brings both heart and skill to their work. You’ll bring: Certificate III in Business or equivalent At least 2 years’ experience in administration or clerical roles Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A current driver’s licence, National Police Certificate, Working with Children (Blue Card), Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) - or the ability to obtain.
