The Role:
We deliver blended learning - online theory plus 13 x3-hour practical sessions. We hold your hand with practical session plans and videos, so your job is to coach with excellence.
We have locations across Australia : Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Parramatta, Newcastle, Sydney.(18 Campus locations with 2 more coming soon!)
Who We Want:
- Highly organised, detail-driven, high-performer types.
- Resourceful : Our sessions are planned, but things happen. You need initiative and adaptability.
- Trustworthy, reliable - rosters are set weeks in advance. No flaking.
- Certificate IV in Fitness (plus insurance)
- Active industry experience (you’re in the trenches)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Working with Children Check
- Evidence-based training mindset + adult learning know-how
- Self-driven on continuing education—our grads are the best.
Compensation: Depending on availability and sessions you take on, earn between $190 to $750 extra per week.
