Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of the Statewide Pharmacy Service, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the service.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative support to the Lead Pharmacist – Statewide Pharmacy Service. This will include answering telephone queries, directing calls to the pharmacist team, appointment scheduling and bookings, and assisting with the management of policies, documentation, communication, and reporting.
You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, supporting service delivery through superior organisational skills.
