Administrative Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across multiple teams, ensuring that processes run efficiently and projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administration support to construction, estimating, accounts and site teams
* Manage inductions, training records and assist with OH&S compliance
* Assist with payroll reporting, receipts and project cost allocations
* Coordinate office operations including correspondence, supplies and company vehicles
* Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in administration, preferably in the building and construction industry
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an advantage if you have experience with Cheops/Hammertech
* Knowledge of OH&S processes and compliance
* Excellent organisation, multitasking and communication skills
* A positive, proactive and professional attitude
