Exercise Physiologist role at Southern Cross Care WA. Based in East Fremantle with a significant caseload in the community and home visits as part of the workload.

We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our Allied Health Team. This role offers an opportunity to provide high quality, person-centred care and maintain holistic treatment through collaboration with the care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exercise physiology services to existing and new clients that align with client goals and wellness.
- Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to ensure clinical standards are met and maintained.
- Maintain clinical documentation.
- Liaise with other team members to develop a well-coordinated holistic treatment plan for clients.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all clients.
About You
Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a relevant Bachelor's degree. Ideally with understanding of Aged Care standards and a commitment to quality clinical care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong time management. A genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
To Be Considered For This Role, You’ll Need
- A Bachelor's degree as an Exercise Physiologist and registration with the governing body.
- Demonstrate a high level of quality clinical care.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to make clients feel at ease.
- A valid Australian driver’s license.
- Aged Care knowledge/experience is highly desirable.
