We're now looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team, providing high-level administrative support to our Executive Office and helping to keep our dynamic organisation running seamlessly.
This is a part-time, work-from-home role (25 hours per week) based in the beautiful Bega Valley, offering the flexibility to work locally while contributing to impact nationally.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
* Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, prepare correspondence, and assist with Board and governance documentation.
* Support internal communications and team logistics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Assist with travel coordination, event logistics, and record management.
* Contribute to process improvements and help drive operational efficiency across the organisation.
About You
You're an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You're comfortable working independently, but you also love being part of a small, collaborative team that values initiative and integrity.
You'll bring:
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Office Support role.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence using Microsoft 365 and online collaboration tools.
* A can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with calm and professionalism.
