Front Office Guest Services Agent – Full Time & Casual

CAN Hospitality Group is looking for friendly, motivated Front Office Guest Services Agents to join our teams at The Belmore Apartments Hotel and Wollongong Serviced Apartments.
You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, bringing energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for service.
What you'll be doing:
* Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay
* Supporting daily front office operations
* Creating memorable guest experiences
* Working as part of a fun, supportive team
What we're looking for:
* Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
* Availability to work weekdays and some weekends as part of our 7-day roster system
* Hospitality or front office experience (preferred but not essential)
* RMS system knowledge is a bonus
* Great communication skills and a positive attitude
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights
