As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a technical expert accountable for significant portions of large platforms end-to-end, from development to deployment, security, performance, and reliability.

Tech Skills
We use a range of tools, languages, and frameworks. Essential skills include:
1. Experience in developing 3-tier applications on-premises and on cloud covering frontend (React or Angular), backend (.Net Core, C#, or Java), and database (SQL and NoSQL) components.
2. Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
3. Expertise in design and implementation of Microservices to deliver highly scalable APIs.
4. Scripting or programming language expertise (JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python).
5. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Jenkins).
6. Automated Quality Engineering and Testing (Selenium, JMeter, Postman).
7. Application Security proficiency.
Desirable Skills:
* Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Observability tool expertise (Splunk, Grafana, New Relic etc.).
