Equans ANZ, a leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand, is looking for a HVAC Technician to join an experienced team of multi‑skilled technicians. We work across a wide variety of sites and industries in Bunbury and the South‑West region.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide both reactive work and preventative maintenance to a range of different clients.
- Effectively diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Self‑manage workload with the ability to determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Mentor apprentices and provide technical on‑site training.
- Establish and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring concerns and complaints are proactively addressed.
- Work closely with other colleagues and managers within the region to foster a strong team environment.
- Maintain current industry knowledge and keep updated with changes and advances in refrigeration, air‑conditioning systems and technology.
- You will receive training and development for a variety of work across multiple sites.

About You
- You can be an experienced HVAC technician.
- You can be a residential and small‑commercial AC technician who is looking for an prospect to work with central plant.
- You are happy to be trained in all things commercial HVAC.
- Willing to undergo a national police check & full medical (including drug and alcohol testing).
Skills And Experience
- Refrigeration and Air‑conditioning experience.
- Western Australian Full or Restricted Electrical Licence.
- Applicable Trade Licence.
- Australian National Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence.
- Central plant experience is ideal, however not required.
- We are more than willing to train the right candidate.
