Job Title
A technical professional is required to support the daily operations of our equipment and tool business. This role will oversee the development and implementation of systems, processes, and programs to optimize and scale our technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnostic and technical support through direct contact with dealers, contractors, rental companies, internal sales and customer service staff.
* Monitor product performance, maintain records and coordinate improvements for technical problems, service issues and emerging product concerns to support proactive resolution and continuous product improvement.
* Establish and maintain relationships and regular contact with key technical personnel across our portfolio of brands and suppliers both domestically and internationally.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Basic understanding and knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, electrical and hydraulic systems and mechanical trades or related fields.
* Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyze technical publications such as schematics, service and spare parts literature, technical bulletins and detailed product specifications.
* Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Advanced presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to effectively present and influence at all levels.
* Ability to safely operate a wide range of powered construction equipment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and technology literacy.
* Must hold a valid driver's license.
* Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally, as required.
