What's the Role:
As the Technology Project Co-ordinator, you will be Coordinating and manage end to end database upgrade projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.

* Act as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and project stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
* Maintain project artifacts including Jira boards, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
* Use Jira to track project progress, assign tasks, and ensure accountability across teams.
* Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project updates to ensure transparent communication.
* Support post-upgrade reviews to verify data integrity and system performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project methodologies and business processes
What do I need?
* Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and Oracle, with exposure to other platforms such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud databases
* Solid knowledge of project and delivery methodologies, enabling effective collaboration with project and program teams
* Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery, including strong proficiency using Jira for backlog management, boards, and tracking
* Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify, assess, and resolve issues
* Experience using Power BI for reporting, insights, and data visualisation
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and project frameworks such as PMP or PRINCE2
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate or mentor within a team
