HR Business Partner Are you seeking a new role and challenge in a growing, global firm at the cutting edge of AI enabled content and technology? We have a newly created generalist HR Business Partner role to support Australia at Thomson Reuters. Reporting to the ANZ Human Resources Director, and working as part of the broader Asia HR team, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives within Australia, providing operational HR support to local managers and employees. About the role: In this opportunity as HR Business Partner you will: Be a trusted advisor, providing operational HR expertise to Australian managers Work closely with local and regional HR teams to execute on the HR strategy Support Australian business units in the delivery of the annual HR cyclical processes including compensation planning, performance management, employee engagement and ad hoc people programs Support Talent Acquisition processes within Australia Develop and update employee policies Develop and provide HR reports and analysis Ensure our HR system (Workday) is updated and accurate About you: You're a fit for the role of HR Business Partner if you have: A hands-on, 'can do' approach Demonstrated initiative and growth mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas Meticulous attention to detail Excellent communications skills and superior time management Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the business Solid ability to interpret modern awards and IR changes, and policy development Experience in facilitating workshops Experience conducting investigations Developed and executed site engagement programs Worker health and safety and return to work experience What's in it For You?
