We're looking for a Marketing Content Coordinator to support our growing marketing and communications function on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, such as a student or recent graduate, who is looking to gain hands‐on experience within a professional services environment.
This is an opportunity to gain practical experience across a broad range of marketing and communications activity while contributing to a growing and increasingly strategic function within the business.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands‐on role supporting the delivery of marketing and communications activity across the business. You'll assist with campaign coordination, social media content, newsletters, employer branding, internal communications and day‐to‐day marketing support across a growing professional services environment.
Working closely with the Digital Communications & Marketing Manager and broader business teams, you'll help coordinate content, support campaigns, liaise with stakeholders and contribute to a wide range of ongoing communications activity.
This is a casual position based around a standard minimum of one day per week, with flexibility to increase or reduce hours depending on workload and study commitments (if applicable).
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and prepare social media content, including liaising with internal personnel
* Assist with editing newsletters, blogs, and general content, including gathering input from stakeholders
* Coordinate imagery, staff submissions, and approvals
* Support campaign rollouts and content repurposing across platforms
* Provide general marketing administration and workflow support
About You
You're organised, proactive, and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in marketing and communications. You enjoy working with others and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
* Strong attention to detail and follow‐through
* High level of organisation and reliability
* Confidence coordinating with a range of stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple small tasks and priorities
* A proactive and adaptable approach
Experience & Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
* Exposure to marketing or communications through study, coursework and/or experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
