Job Description - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (APR1626)
The role
APRA is seeking two experienced D365 Developers to join a team, bringing expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 XRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure, and front-end technologies. The role involves working with a team of D365 architects, developers, and testers in project teams and complex business domains.
The team
The successful applicant will initially join the project team responsible for migrating on-premise Microsoft Dynamics to the cloud. Afterward, they will join the platform team to support and enhance the product. They will be responsible for building, developing, and configuring a critical D365 XRM system.
This role reports to the Collaboration Systems Manager.
Key responsibilities
1. Design, code, and configure D365 application modules to specifications.
2. Develop D365 solutions in line with functional and non-functional requirements.
3. Implement custom UX elements using Power Apps or React framework based on business needs.
4. Develop and execute unit tests for D365 functionalities.
5. Integrate APIs and other applications such as SharePoint and Outlook as needed.
6. Provide technical support for the D365 environment and business applications, focusing on CRM.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
8. Advise on native platform capabilities to maximize solution value, sustainability, and supportability.
9. Support system and user acceptance testing of D365 solutions.
10. Manage application lifecycle in accordance with source control and change management policies.
About you
* Possess current Baseline clearance or be eligible for vetting.
* Have 5+ years of experience developing Dynamics 365 XRM and Power Platform solutions.
* Have 3+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure functions.
* Proficient in custom UX development in Power Apps or ReactJS.
* Knowledge of data modeling, custom tables, business rules, views, forms, and security concepts.
* Ability to create applications supporting or extending Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
* Experience configuring Power Platform features, connectors, and Dataverse for data flow integration.
* Experience with GIT source control in large team environments.
* Understanding of systems analysis, programming techniques, and software quality assurance.
* Experience interacting across organizational levels in software analysis, design, and implementation.
