**About This Opportunity**This role plays a key part in supporting the Business School's Teaching and Learning portfolio, providing high-level administrative support to the Director & Deputy Directors of Teaching and Learning, and Program/Major Convenors.You will contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of teaching and learning initiatives, working closely with academic leaders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities will include:* Provide high-level administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director/s of Teaching and Learning, including managing communications and coordinating activities.* Coordinate data collection, reporting, and the preparation of the monthly Teaching and Learning Newsletter.* Act as a key point of contact for Program and Major Convenors, triaging enquiries and supporting effective communication across the School.* Organise meetings, workshops and events, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures, including travel and hospitality requirements.This is a full-time (100%), fixed-term position for up to 8 months HEW Level 5.**About You**We are seeking a capable and collaborative professional who brings strong organisational expertise and a proactive approach to supporting senior stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of (or ability to quickly learn) UQ Teaching and Learning systems and processes* Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with experience supporting senior leaders in a complex environment* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail* The ability to use initiative, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a teamAppointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of relevant pre-employment checks, which may include verification of the right to work in Australia, criminal history checks, and other role-specific requirements.
