**The opportunity
As the Health and Wellbeing Advisor, you'll be a key player in the Bupa corporate and international health and wellbeing proposition, supporting the acquisition and retention of B2B Partnerships while achieving exceptional performance across multiple KPIs. This role requires frequent travel to support clients across your designated territory and provides a unique opportunity to shape the health and wellbeing landscape for businesses and institutions around the world.

**How will I make a difference?**
**Your everyday tasks are but not limited to**:
- Collaborate with clients to develop evidence-based health and wellbeing plans, implementing and evaluating programs to demonstrate return on investment for clients and their populations.
- Contribute to health and wellbeing proposition development, maximising target stakeholder engagement and supporting Bupa's ambition as the preferred health care partner
- Identify and drive opportunities for additional health and wellbeing access according to client needs and identified employee health risks.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing insights and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and contribute to story telling about holistic engagement.

**You will be/have**:
- Possess a tertiary qualification in Health, Business, Human Resources, or related fields and bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.
- Have a strong background in business planning and implementation, showing that you are able to think strategically and turn plans into action
- Demonstrate high computer literacy and intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite, indicating that you are tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies.
- Holding at least 2 years of work experience in a health or service-related industry, with preference for B2B experience is viewed as a valuable addition.
