This role is for a

**3-month non-ongoing contract.**
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinate daily mail for the Financial Operations team
- Process vendor invoices and credit notes
- Manage the Paperless Accounts Payable system queue
- Action EFT failures
- Provide advice to internal customers & suppliers
- Assist the Accounts Payable Team Leader in ad hoc tasks
**Your skills and experience**:
- Baseline clearance (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of the Accounts Payable functions
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capacity to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines and adapting positively to change
- Some experience using SAP.
