Join Our Headspace Centres as a General Practitioner
Headspace Goulburn, Wollongong, and Nowra centres are looking to increase the number of GPs working on-site.
Headspace centres provide free youth health services for young people aged 12-25 years. They employ a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, counsellors, youth workers, GPs, and other staff to support the mental health and overall wellbeing of young people.
Working as a GP in a headspace centre offers the opportunity to provide bulk-billed services within a collaborative, holistic care model. The environment promotes ongoing, therapeutic relationships with clients and encourages multidisciplinary case consultations.
Grand Pacific Health (GPH) leads three headspace centres in Bega, Wollongong, Nowra, and Goulburn, and operates two GP super clinics in Shell Cove and Nowra. As part of GPH, a large not-for-profit primary health organization, you'll receive support across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Southern NSW regions.
