Seeking flexible, dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join one of NSW's leading teaching hospitals. We're offering the opportunity to grow your skills in one of two highly specialised clinical areas.
4E Respiratory Medicine
A supportive ward delivering high quality care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, including high dependency needs. This fast paced environment empowers ENs to develop specialised respiratory skills while working within a respected multidisciplinary team.
4B Vascular Surgery
A skilled vascular unit caring for patients undergoing complex procedures such as aneurysm repairs, bypass grafts and carotid endarterectomies. ENs play a key role in pre operative preparation, post operative monitoring, complex wound care and rehabilitation, supported by a dedicated CNE, CNC and NUM. In this role, you will:
* Deliver safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Develop strong clinical skills across acute care, patient monitoring and evidence based nursing practice.
* Support patients and families through education, communication and person centred advocacy.

* Recent clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse within a relevant acute or specialty setting.
* The ability to provide safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care to diverse patient populations.
* Strong communication and engagement skills with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team to ensure responsive, coordinated care.
* Professional, respectful interactions with the ability to manage conflict and contribute positively to team dynamics.
* Critical thinking skills and an understanding of evidence based practice, risk management, quality improvement and work health and safety principles.
