• Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or relevant qualification or be willing to enrol)
• Full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
• First Aid and CPR certification
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working With Children Check (or willing to apply)
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions‐focused mindset
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
