* Using evidence‐based measurement tools to create therapy plans and provide life‐changing occupational therapy that maximises NDIS funding.
* Collaborating with an interdisciplinary youth team to wrap the right supports around participants, empowering them to achieve greater outcomes.
* Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
* Attending weekly team meetings at the hub and sharing stories of impact.
* Tapping into the knowledge and support of a Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
Who We're Looking For

* General AHPRA registration.
* A positive and flexible approach to work.
* Strong communication skills and a team‐player attitude.
* Commitment to personal and professional development.
* Valid driver's licence.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check.
