Overview
As our highly valued a Workflow & Intelligent AutomationDeveloper based in Brisbane you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting workflow and intelligent automation solutions that underpin the bank's digital customer experiences and back of house processes.
You'll make an impact by:
* You'll play a key role in designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across:
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Service CRM)
* Azure Function Apps and cloud-native integrations
* Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Intelligent automation (including RPA)
This is not a low-code configuration role. We're looking for someone who thinks like a software engineer first — someone who can design robust solutions, write clean code, and build integrations that stand up in a complex enterprise environment. You'll work across customer-facing and back-of-house workflows that underpin critical banking experiences.

We're prioritising strong engineering depth in:
* Solid experience developing in Dynamics 365 (Sales & Service CRM)
* Strong C# / .NET development skills
* Experience building and deploying Azure Function Apps
* Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
* Understanding of authentication, security models and data governance
* Experience working with SQL and data integration patterns
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Highly regarded:
* Experience across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Experience with automation or RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath)
* Experience in regulated environments (financial services advantageous)
