1. Identify and lead initiatives to deliver savings in the Supply Chain through TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

We have a unique opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our onsite supply team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and leading initiatives to deliver savings in the Supply Chain through the application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean or CI (Continuous Improvement) onsite.You’ll Co-pilot our inhouse TPM (MSE) program to ensure Continuous improvements activities are executed in line with our principles & the site implementation plan. Key Responsibilities:
4. Support delivery of our Site implementation plan by proper action planning & resourcing
5. Co-pilot designated MSE pillar action plans for the site
6. Integrate MSE tools & approaches to support delivery
7. Integrate MSE principles in all site projects to support delivery
8. Embed the MSE culture on site and engage all associates into MSE roadmap delivery including being the voice of the site Supply excellence program
9. Acts as a change agent, providing guidance and direction for the implementation; and appropriate follow up to ensure sustainability and accountability of the new initiatives within the factory.
10. Drives WOW (Ware on Waste) activities consistent with the MSE principles
11. Champions continuous improvement / Lean methodologies to remove inefficiencies in the Supply chain
12. Apply a hands-on approach to improvement initiatives when needed
13. Coaching associates and Shift Managers to build MSE capability
14. Train new starters in the MSE methodology including basic problem solving
15. Facilitate & coach Basic and Complex Problem Solving process & events on site
16. Enact CVS managers role during agreed Eng projects
What are we looking for?
17. Proven experience in a food/beverage/FMCG factory environment (desirable)
18. Experience with TPM/CI management
19. Ability to apply a hands on approach to improving line standards working closely with line operators
20. Experience in leading step change initiative and best practice roll out
21. Experience leading training sessions
22. Experienced in managing and building effective project teams made up of cross functional team members
23. Solid interpersonal skills in providing effective communication to management and other key stakeholders
24. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
