The Position:
Full time, Part-time or contract position available
Individual therapy with all ages, including young children, couples and family work.
Opportunities for providing Cognitive, Educational and ASD Assessments using our iPads and Q-Interactive software
Opportunities to use many modes of practice with our varied client group, e.g. psychotherapy, attachment therapy, ACT, play therapy, DBT, CBT, couples and family therapy
Referrals through Medicare, WorkCover and NDIS
Our Ideal Candidate:
Must be a positive and compassionate clinician
Must have experience in providing clinical interventions for children, adolescents, adults and families
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in providing clinical interventions for children, adolescents, adults and families is required
You value the opportunity to work with a diverse range of client needs and presentations across varying modalities
You are interested in working as part of a team but also capable of working autonomously
Demonstrated experience using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, safety planning and managing at-risk clients
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with safety planning and managing at-risk clients is required
Has experience or an interest in using psychometric testing and cognitive assessments
Psychologist fully registered with AHPRA
Eligibility for Medicare registration
Working with Children Check and Criminal Records Check
Current Australian work authorisation is required
