The school is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and relational Mathematics Teacher to join a dynamic Senior School team from the beginning of Term This full-time, ongoing position offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking learning community that values innovation, high expectations and genuine pastoral care.
If a full-time, permanent role is not suitable, a FTE 12-month contract can also be offered.
About the Role
The successful applicant will:
* Teach Mathematics across Years 7–12, including extension levels depending on experience.
* Create engaging, rigorous and differentiated learning experiences aligned with the Australian Curriculum and TCE.
* Use data-informed practices to support student growth and achievement.
* Contribute to the School's co-curricular and pastoral care programs.
* Work collaboratively within a professional and collegial faculty committed to excellence in teaching and learning.
About You
You will be:
* A qualified teacher with the ability to teach Mathematics across a range of year levels (TCE experience an advantage).
* Passionate about fostering curiosity, confidence and critical thinking in learners.
* Committed to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.
* Able to build positive, respectful relationships with students, staff and families.
* Eligible for registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Tasmania (TRB TAS).
