Pinot and Picasso is Australia’s leading paint and sip experience, delivering creative and social events across the country. We are currently seeking confident and engaging Session Hosts to deliver high quality customer experiences across a variety of events.
This is a subcontractor opportunity suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in social environments and bring strong energy and presence to group settings.
About the Engagement
As a Session Host engaged on a contractor basis, you’ll deliver paint and sip experiences across a mix of public sessions, private events and corporate bookings.
Think of yourself as part artist, part facilitator and part vibe-setter. You’ll guide guests through their artwork while creating a relaxed, social and memorable atmosphere, no two sessions are ever quite the same.
You’ll bring your own energy and facilitation style to each session, adapting to the group in front of you while delivering a high-quality experience aligned with brand standards. Whether it’s a first-time painter or a full table of confident creatives, your focus is on making the experience feel effortless, engaging and genuinely enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate group sessions using provided guides and resources
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
• Manage session flow, timing and overall experience
• Adapt delivery style to suit different group types and event formats
• Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism
• Support a positive guest experience that drives repeat bookings and strong reviews

• Confident engaging and communicating with groups
• Strong presence in social or group environments
• Able to manage time effectively while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere
• Adaptable and responsive to different audiences
• Available evenings and weekend
