The Opportunity

As the Executive Manager, Corporate Services, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and CEO to provide high level business planning, operational support and management of the corporate services division. The role will develop and lead the process of service centralisation across the organisation of all corporate services functions. These functions include WHS and Injury Management, Finance, Stores, Fleet, Assets and associated compliance, risk, contractual obligations, and administrative functions. The overall aim of executive management of the corporate functions is to ensure the integrated continued smooth running of corporate services, ensure compliance and risk is monitored and managed and reporting occurs addressing operational and contractual KPIs in alignment with the corporate vision and strategic goals of Sunrise.

Role Details

* Position: Executive Manager Corporate Services
* Type: Permanent, full-time
* Location: Katherine, Northern Territory
* Salary: $160,000.00-$170,000.00 plus 12% superannuation
* Relocation: Relocation assistance available (from $5,000, negotiable)
* Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 Curis bonus offered to the successful candidate upon completion of your first three months

Key Responsibilities

* Provide business planning and operational support to the CEO and the leadership team on administrative matters such as employee management, financial planning, and resource management in line with the strategic plan.
* Provide information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
* Lead, manage and develop employees to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information.
* Support the corporate team to provide training and support, including in orientation, to all employees on processes.
* Prepare funding applications and tenders relevant to corporate services.
* Ensure the financial requirements and compliance obligations of the organisation are met.

Who We're Looking For

* Completion of Tertiary qualifications in business or other area specific to the functions held in the Corporate Services portfolio
* Current driver's licence
* Current First Aid Certificate or the ability to obtain
* Proven experience operating in the business affairs of an Aboriginal Corporation and / or organisation requiring comparable skills and knowledge.
* Substantial experience and record of achievements at a senior management level in the not-for profit sector, and significant experience in managing and leading employees.
* Previous experience and success in the delivery of work plans, to assist in the achievement of organisational strategic plans.
* An understanding of financial, technological and compliance requirements for a medium to large sized organisation
