We are seeking someone who can motivate, inspire and lead our outbound telemarketing team and take their success to the next level.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a team of appointment setters / outbound sales consultants
* Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
* B2B Sales, generating revenue from SME businesses
* KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
* Quality assurance to enhance the customer experience
* Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
* CRM data management for effective lead generation
ABOUT YOU
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
* Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment ideally in outbound sales
* Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
* Pro-active, personable and highly motivated
* The ability to work autonomously
